RAISING THE BAR
Eagle Eye creates digital solutions for large-scale retailers, allowing them to offer personalised, real-time marketing. In the six months to December 2025, it posted an impressive 29% increase in ARR (annual recurring revenue).
ARR for the first half was £42.2 million, more than the firm posted in the whole of its 2024/25 financial year. The figure excludes revenue related to the Neptune Retail Solutions contract which the firm lost in June 2025.
Having invested in its sales team, the number and value of customers has improved considerably, especially in North America. Meanwhile, the first contracts via its transformational OEM agreement have been signed.
‘The business has achieved double digit revenue growth, excluding NRS, and our financial foundations have been strengthened’, said CEO Tim Mason. ‘The strength of our ARR and margin recovery means we have raised our adjusted EBITDA expectations for FY26’.
Current markets forecasts are for FY26 revenue of £45.1 million and adjusted EBITDA of £5.9 million. The board now expects to beat these ‘comfortably’.

Eagle Eye shares were hammered last June when it announced the loss of the NRS contract. Since then they have been rebuilding steadily, as has the business.
For ARR excluding the NRS contract to have already topped the previous year’s total in just six months is impressive. If the firm says both sales and EBITDA will be comfortably ahead of forecasts, analysts have their work cut out.
Just last month the firm announced it had won an initial contract with a major US regional supermarket. Assuming it is a success, there could be yet more upside to earnings.
