Lastly, our guest concedes that the fund’s investment in French media group Vivendi (VIV), hit by a de-rating of Universal Music’s (UMG) shares, has been a thorn in AVI Global’s side. Nevertheless, Bauernfreund remains confident AVI Global can still generate a good return on this investment.
